Peter Ulber
Founder
Peter founded Charleston Enterprise Group at the end of 2011 in Charleston, S.C. During his 30 year tenure in international business, Peter traveled around the globe and lived for many years in Germany, the United States, South America as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In 2008 Peter Ulber joined the international management board of Kuehne & Nagel. In 2013 he took over the CEO position at Panalpina – one of the top five global logistic companies and became its chairman in 2016. Today, Peter calls Charleston home. Together with his wife Alexandra and their 5 children, the family now resides full-time in South Carolina.
Alexandra Mealla
Social Responsibility
Alexandra grew up in Bolivia and Florida and earned her degree in Psychology. She spent many years overseas in Japan and New Zealand where she earned her M.A. and post graduate diploma in clinical psychology. While being in active practice in New Zealand and South America, Alexandra supported a number of charitable causes and non-profit organizations. After moving to Charleston in 2017, she joined her husband Peter at Charleston Enterprise Group to establish and grow the social outreach of the company.
Lesley Cioch
Administration
After graduating college in upstate New York Lesley decided to follow her dream and move to New York City where she took an office assistant position at the hedge fund Coatue. After three years in the city she was ready to settle down close to her family and moved to beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. Shortly after moving she joined Charleston Enterprise Group in 2012 and quickly became an integral part of the company. Still a Yankee at heart but Lesley absolutely loved living in Charleston. She now shares her time between Asheville and the Holy City.
Elias Cabrera
Real Estate / Maintenance Manager
Growing up in South America, Elias holds a degree in business administration from the Metropolitan University of Ecuador. Upon graduation, Elias took on a number of management positions. As general manager of Inmobiliaria SA, he was responsible for construction, remodeling projects, purchase and sales of real estate as well as supplier management. Shortly after Elias and his family relocated to Charleston, he joined Charleston Enterprise Group in 2017 to take over the management of several real estate activities for the group. His focus in on project management where he oversees construction staff and sub-contractors.
Keegan Ulber
Real Estate Licensee / Management
Having lived in South Carolina for almost 12 years, Keegan has gotten to experience how incredible it is to live in the low country first hand. Keegan graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management and Accounting. He joined our company in 2020 and since then has tackled a number of complex and challenging projects. Keegan primarily focuses on running the accounting side of the business but is also involved in renting out our apartments and being a friendly face for our tenants.
